Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics Program

plane250rc.jpgThe Aircraft Maintenance training program has provided training in aircraft mechanics for 60 years. Students who complete the program will test through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and become licensed as both Airframe and Powerplant technicians. This program is located at Front Range Airport in Watkins, CO just south of Denver International Airport. Front Range Airport provides an outstanding learning environment for hands-on student instruction delivered at a functioning airport.  As a member of the Front Range Airport family, students are able to view and participate in the daily operations of an airport such as performing engine run-ups and taxiing an aircraft. Other benefits include historical aircraft fly ins, airshows and the opportunity to meet other aircraft technicians.
