Real Estate Appraiser Program Steps

  1. An Associate Broker must be employed and supervised by an Employing Broker for two years. No previous active real estate licensure is required to practice at this level of responsibility.

  2. An Independent Broker may be self-employed (without employing other licensees), or practice under the supervision of an Employing Broker. Two years of active licensure are a prerequisite for this level of licensure.

  3. An Employing Broker who may practice independently, or employ (and is required to supervise) other licensees. All levels of licensure can be held on an inactive basis.

Real Estate Broker Program Description

All courses in the Real Estate Broker Program have been approved for pre-licensure education credit by the Colorado Division of Real Estate and are college credited. The real estate Broker courses are designed to give the student the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to function as a professional in the real estate brokerage field.
