Computer Support Technician Program Description

Prepares students to take the A+ certification test, the recognized industry standard for computer technicians. Learn core hardware, operating system technologies including installation, configuration, diagnosing, preventive maintenance, basic networking and knowledge of customer service skills necessary to become a successful computer service technician. Prepare students to work in positions such as A+ Technician, Computer Helpdesk Support, Information Technology Support Technician, Computer Support Specialist, Technical Support Analyst, PC Maintenance Technician, PC Support Manager, or Computer Service Technician.
