RLST 5001: Colorado Real Estate Mandatory Update Class

This course is for continuing education only. It is a three hour course that covers the annual requirement for all active licensees for Brokers. The objective is to protect the public through requiring all real estate licensees to complete continuing education covering new laws, Commission rules, recent court decisions, changing standards of practice and other areas of concern to the public, Commission and Industry. This course has been approved for continuing education credit by the Colorado Division of Real Estate.
