All individuals requesting transfer to Emily Griffith Opportunity School Practical Nursing program from enrollment in a previous nursing program are required to submit 2 letters of recommendation from the program of previous enrollment. One letter from the nursing program director, the other from a faculty member in the program. This requirement is in addition to the items on the admissions checklist.
