The course consists of theory and clinical experience. The State Board of Nursing approves this program and successful graduates are eligible to take the state certification exam. A reading test is required for entrance into the program. Additional costs, which are not included in the tuition, for this program include book, uniforms, watch with second hand, and fees associated with state board testing. Proof of a negative TB test is required prior to the clinical rotation. Additional information will be given in class. This program is approved by the State Board of Nursing.
