Water Quality Management Technician Program
The Get Into Water! courses are part of the Water Utility Science Program which offers introductory courses for individuals interested in a career in the water or wastewater industry. Consider the incredible value of a safe, reliable water supply and the water system that delivers it in our everyday lives. Consider what a difference you could make in protecting lives by ensuring public health protection through safe drinking water. Topics of study in this program include Water Foundations, Essentials of Water Distribution, and Essentials of Wastewater Collections. After completing two courses, students can take State of Colorado exams to earn certifications in Water Distribution, Wastewater Collections, and Water and/or Wastewater Treatment.
